Oxfam: The Unborn Victims Of The Afghan War

I was asked by Oxfam to increase their media coverage with particular regard to features, which raised awareness of their key campaigns. I interviewed Liz whilst she was in Kabul. I got her to describe her surroundings to me to add authenticity to the piece. I also organised photos to go alongside the feature.

"The line spits and crackles as Liz speaks into her mobile phone more than 3,500 miles away. It's about 6pm her time and she tells me every surface in her office is covered in a layer of shimmering yellow dust from opening the windows - a daily battle between easing the intense urban heat, or fine particles of desert sand creeping into every nook and cranny."
